Welcome to the Austin Lima Sisters Committee website.

The city of Lima, Peru is one of the ten sister cities of Austin, Texas, a member of Sister Cities International. Sister Cities International is a nonprofit citizen diplomacy network that creates and strengthens partnerships between U.S. and international communities.

Our mission is to create and strengthen the relationships between the cities of Austin and Lima expanding our reach to all members of our sister cities.

The committee in Austin as well as in Lima organizes various events during the year in the spirit of our mission. We have fun and develop friendships while organizing the events.
